Something for the high power BMW M50/S50 racers and engine builders.

This cap is made of high strength tool steel, with the height modified to sit flush with the bottom surface of the block, for very easy and strong girdle fitment! It's never been easier to strengthen up the bottom end of your M50 or S50 engine! Features a small chamfer on the bottom outer edge of the cap for compatibility with cast iron blocks.
These caps are slightly different than the S54 caps.

As with all cap changes (or service), your block will need to have the main bearing surface precision machined after fitting these. These caps are also compatible with many other BMW engines as they often share the same cap dimensions.
