4.32kg Lightweight investment cast and 5 axis milled high temperature stainless steel turbine housing for the Garrett G55 turbos.
It's finally possible to have a 1500-3000hp turbo, that doesn't weigh 30kg! This lightweight turbine housing has stiffening ribs to maintain rigidity while cutting a full 10kg off the reference Garrett housing.

According to the first test customer (testing the GTX55 version), the well designed geometry of this housing matches the spool rpm of a Garrett 1.0 A/R housing. While also providing a 20% reduction in back pressure for the same boost pressure.

Due to the complexity of the housings stiffening ribs, it needs to be cast with a single use mold. Unfortunately making it expensive. But provides a huge weight reduction, and very good performance. While also being much more compact than the reference Garrett housing.
Flanges, turbine wheel "mating" surface, and transitions are 5 axis cnc machined.
